Santa Claus is coming to town and so is Liptease!
Last year Frits and I went, together with a group of friends and family, to the Patronaat in Haarlem to see the Christmas performance by Liptease.

We had a ball, singing along, dancing our socks of and having fun.

What to expect?
Three gorgeous Rock n Roll girls and a 13-man Big Band.
Close harmony vocals, synchronized movements, sexy costumes, long legs, upbeat songs, romantic melodies and a great atmosphere.

We already bought our tickets for this year’s edition. They perform at Patronaat Haarlem (my hometown) at december 22nd. Check out their concert tour to see where else they are performing this year.

If you’re keen on being part of this event, be sure to buy your tickets now!

And no, this is NOT a sponsored post; I’m just enthusiastic. These musicians deserve a full house; the more the merrier, right?!
Sneak peak/listen
Here are some small video clips that I took during their performance last year. It gives you an idea of the range of songs they perform.

Would you go to a concert like this one?
Pre-party like a boss!
Like last year, we invited friends to come over to our place for snacks and drinks before the concert starts. Think of French cheese, soup, baguette, champagne and more. I might even light the fireplace! Super cosy.
It’s walking distance from our house; very convenient.
I love organizing gatherings like this.
Once I held a girlfriend eve at my couch, watching Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. (One of my favorite movies ever).
Another time I held a Sound of Music evening.
Oh, and how about that night when we had a really, really big vintage bottle of port and invited friends over to drink and finish that bottle, paired with a variety of vintage cheeses, grapes and walnuts?!
Do you organise theme gatherings or other fun evenings with friends?
I wish I lived closer! I would love an evening like that!
It looks like a wonderful retro concert.
bisous
