Australia
The first time I visited Australia was around 20 years ago. I was by myself and travelled around for 3 weeks. Or was it four? Not sure.
I remember visiting Sydney, Canberra, Cairns, Melbourne and Ayers Rock. It was awesome.
Sydney
Years later I returned to Sydney. That first trip, Sydney definitely was not my favorite part of the journey. But during my second visit I kinda fell in love with Sydney. The third trip even more. And when we went there last year and stayed for a month in Sydney I got so enthusiastic that I wanted to move there.
We played with the idea of moving to Australia then. And we are still keen on it. But there are no job offers so far, unfortunately.
Surry Hills has some lovely, leafy lanes.
Ofcourse my first trip through Australia was before the internet and before digital photography, so my blog posts are about my later, recent trips. Which led me only to Sydney.
I wrote a whole series of articles about this city. Specifically about different areas of Sydney. I hope they will prove themselves to be useful in case you are planning a trip to fabulous Sydney!
