There are two skateparks and youth parks around where I live. I wrote about one of them, Skatepark@Somerset, here.
I love having it around, since there are a couple of walls and surfaces that youngsters use for murals and graffiti. I walk along it regularly and am always looking forward to seeing new pieces.
The park recently got revamped.

What happened?
Well, one day I found the park closed and fenced of; an unpleasant surprise. Fortunately it turned out to be just a temporary closure for renovation.
Recently it was re-opened.
It still looks a bit ‘clean’ and ‘virgin’, but new murals were put there almost right away. Cool!

And now every time I walk past it I am excited if there is a new piece on one of the walls.
