Close encounters of an unknown kind

November 18, 2013

Running into this cyclist and his two doggies on the streets in Singapore made my day.

He does not dress them up each day. “Only one weekends, ma’am.”, he told me, when I asked him.

The self-made supa-hero costumes and helmets are hilarious. Endearing too.

I stood there with a stupid smile from ear to ear.

Encounters like this make me SO happy!

Please don’t start with me about animal cruelty and all! You know I am the first one to scream about that. I am sure that this man loves his dogs and vice versa. I think he even made two little bike helmets for them;-). A red one and a yellow one, hanging on his steering handles.
