I.T Post. A Hong Kong Magazine

October 1, 2013

Yesterday I promised you to show you why I am so impressed by I.T’s magazine: I.T POST

Look at the pictures that I took of a number of the pages of the copy that I found in my W Hotel room.

Cover; a page with cut-outs, as you can see.

Apart from spectacular photography, it is done artistically and playful. There are see through pages and pages where you can play with sliding elements.

See-through paper. And see the european brands that are represented? Like Ann Demeulemeester here?
You can slide these;-)

You would almost forget that there is fashion involved. Clothes and accessories that are for sale in I.T.

A page like this is just beautiful. High quality paper and colors that pop of the page!

If you see this page for real, the eyes of the deer really pop out!

These pages with the black woman are spectacular as well! Remember that everything looks a lot better when you look in the actual magazine, instead of at my pictures of it.

As art this looks beautiful. As fashion? Would you wear this dress?

What do you think? Do you like this kind of magazine? Strange, dark, quirky, artistic, outspoken…..Is it your cup of tea? It sure is mine!

As fashion I wouldn’t wear any of it but as art and something totally unique I love it. I’d probably take some of those pages, cut them out and frame them on my wall. It’d be great for a dressing room.

Same here, Suzanne. It’s not wearable as far as I am concerned, but it IS artistic eye candy and very decorative, e.g. on a wall, as you suggested. I usually rip out pages like that and save them for some future ‘project’.
