Charles and Keith store opening: what people were wearing

October 16, 2013

As I said in yesterday’s post, I was quite underdressed at this event. I had no clue that it was going to be so big!

Apparently everyone else knew, since they had put a lot of attention and effort in their looks.

Even the men were very fashionable and many of them were better accessorized then me;-). That’s pretty unusual, me being the self-declared queen of accessorizing!

Have a look with me and enjoy:

Man with cape.

Black and white shoes.
Ofcourse the majority of the people were in black, as always in Singapore. Yawn….
Pochet and brooch?
Deliciously over the top rings and clutch.
Jacket, tie, shorts and sneakers. Original, maybe. Nice? Not sure.
Shaven with blond Mohican.
Low crutch shorts
Another over the top men’s clutch. Love it!
This couple wore the same sandals. I find these sandals quite ugly, but apparently they were from some high end brand.
This guy’s outfit was fun and funky!

Pretty boy with neon accessories

It was not all and only men, of course. I just never saw so many male fashionista’s at the same place and time!

Sylvia from 40+style and Amanda Low from Bubbamama.com
Sylvia was wearing very special and funky shoes.
I loved the outfit from this young woman. And do you notice how she is NOT totally in black;-)!
This is the same lady later at the party. She was one of many fashionista’s who wore items that lit up beautifully in the blacklight.
I think his light grey dress with the neon shoulder ropes is very pretty and fun.
“I’m wearing black tonight. Hey, surprise, me too!” LOL
Someone’s wearing hot pink !!!!
Actress Zoe Tay again. I like her look.
The lady with the boots is wearing a wig.
Ice cream heels by Karl Lagerfeld for Melissa. Cool!
Actress Sheila Lim. Nope, I don’t like this look. Sorry, Sheila.

My personal favorites are Girl With Green-and-Wooden Booties for the women. And Guy In Animal Prints and Fringes with Plateau Sneakers for the men.

Which are yours?

The lady with the leopard blouse, leather skinnies and small neon belt is my favourite. It looks as if she is carrying two bags: one clutch under her arm and one very cute little bag.
And I like the man beside her in his black and white jacket. All the other men are very nice to look at but I like a well dressed man who is hetero.

Yeah, these two looked very fashionable too! So you think most men in the pictures are gay?;-)
