The hotel has it’s own semi-al-fresco restaurant: the Copper Bowl. Usually only ‘our’ table and one other one were occupied, so it felt almost as our private restaurant. The food was delicious! And Matthew’s service impeccable.
Breakfast and one of the other daily meals are included in the roomrates, so we had all our dinners here. Simply lovely!
Frits tried Feni, the Goan cashew liquor of over 40% alcohol. He said it tasted a bit like gin. I tasted it only when poured over a dessert and then flambeed. It was goooood!

| Frits and owner Neville. He and/or his wife came to the restaurant every day for a small chat and check upon their guests. That gives a nice and personal touch to the whole experience. |
