Hong Kong has Sky 100 on the 100th floor of the ICC, Hong Kong’s tallest skyscraper, offering 360 degree views of the city.
Sky 100 is in the ICC, the tall building in the middle of the picture. Next to it is the W Hong Kong hotel, where we were staying at the time.
The ICC is only a short walk from the W Hong Kong, via the connected Elements Mall.
Unfortunately it was a bit of a foggy day, so not the clearest views. Still enjoyable!
The concept of Sky 100 is pretty much the same as that from many others :
…some touristic commerce…
We went on a weekday and as you can see the place was empty.
…some wining and dining options….
No one here either. The set up is nice though, with the cornered sitting areas and the perspex bar.
…some cheesy, kitschy photo fun…
Frits, about to be warped back in time.
Frits, rope walking between skyscrapers.
Frits and me, sliding down the ICC.
Frits, enjoying a rikshaw ride.
But in the end it all comes down to one thing of course: the views.
Looking down on the buildings and area that we saw from our Cool Corner room at the W Hong Kong hotel.
The building with the pool is the W Hong Kong.
Our room was a Cool Corner room on the righthand side of the building.
The harbour views that we had while having breakfast at Kitchen.
