It does indeed look cool and creative. There is a nice movie house and a cool movie and design cafe. There are some nice restaurants and quirky shops.
I had seen on the web that there are several nice murals and stencil art inside the big spaces, but since there were events going on, we did not see that. Just some stencil art on outside walls.
There was a bridal shoot going on.

Nothing spectacular, but a spot with a laid back, cool vibe is always nice to visit for a couple of hours.
